Email a feature sheet to the top 50 agents in the marketplace for their potential buyers.
Invite all cooperating Brokers from the Upper Keys tour your property.
Follow-up with salespeople who have shown your home for their feedback and response.
Regularly update your property’s web presence to achieve the highest possible exposure on the Internet.
Suggest & advise as to any changes you may want to make in your property to make it more saleable.
Constantly update you as to any changes in the marketplace.
Prospect 2 hours per day and talk to 25 people per day looking for potential buyers.
Regularly contact my buyer leads, sphere of influence, past clients or their referrals for prospective buyers.
Create additional exposure through the distinctive Coldwell Banker Schmitt yard sign.
Send “Just Listed” cards to all neighbors in surrounding subdivisions and to select clients.
Pre-qualify prospective buyers whenever possible.
Keep you informed about the latest financing vehicles a buyer may wish to use.
Negotiate on your behalf for the best possible price and when the contract is signed, handle all follow-up, including mortgage, inspections, title and other closing procedures.
Deliver your check at closing.
